Extruder stack?

Hi,
After fixing the hot bed I've finally tested the extruder via Pronterface.
I send G92 than G1 E10 F1000, and used the Pronterface Extrude bottom.
In both trails nothing happened besides the fact that I feel the table moving a bit + see the extruder cog-wheel moving back and forth like it is stack in it's own location.
Besides that every thing else is working..

I have no idea what is wrong, my setup:
kossel mini delta printer (took me ages) my setup:
Kossel mini, Arduino mega 2560, Ramps 1.4, ATX12V P4 PSU.
Latest delta firmware.

Any ideas?

Issue 50% solved, the wiring wasn't good when replaced the connector and increased DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT in configuration.h
I can see the extruder moving.
But the ABS doesn't come out as if it is stack.. ideas?
[I've thought I've cleaned the plastic before I've build it. don't know why the abs isn't been garbed by the cog-wheel.]
Should I push it really hard to the cog-wheel? any other technique?
How do you initially insert printed material to the extruder?
