WorthCreative - Prusa i3 MDF Frame

Hi All

Beginner here and I thought I'd share some photos of the Prusa i3 improved frame which I bought from WorthCreative on eBay. I have to say that I'm not connected with the company at all and I only want to share my experience. If this feels like advertising I will remove the links.

So selected the White Melamine coated MDF and it looked really shiny in the pictures on ebay! So I was really surprised to see how they arrived

So I learnt something new - don't expect a shiny finished product to arrive and that laser cutting is messy and smelly After a bit of time with some cream cleaner and soft sponges the parts came up nice



Have to say using a pizza box as as the packaging made me smile


.

I've assembled the frame using pictures on the internet and wondered if I should used washers on either side of the M3x15mm bolts ? It's a nice snug fit on all the parts.



Overall I pretty pleased with it but only at the start of the build.
