about teacup firmware and my printer's hardware

I use teacup firmare, an arduino mega with some step motor drivers which I already have to build my 3d printer. After uploading firmware, I can control 3 axis manually, but when I import Gcode there're some codes skipped and then it's stopped. I don't know if it was waiting for some external signal from my machine or if there were some erros in my firmware. Any body.......help!!

First step would be to tell us

- What you want to achieve.

- Which G-code exactly you sent.

- On which line it stops.

An yes, actually looking at the G-code is a good idea. Pronterface has a "Debug G-code" in it's menu and can also send commands manually.
