Do you have the MAXTEMP set in your Configuration.h at 205 I suspect that this is your problem
relavent section pasted below

#define HEATER_3_MAXTEMP 275

These are lifted from the latest Ver on Github so may be slightly different in your version But I suspect that this is your issue but can't gaurantee it as I don't use Marlin at all and never could get it to work and gave up on it when I found Repeater FW.
