Abs prints

Help!

I have been printing play on my reprap for a few weeks now and have tried to use abs. I have a heated bed and my problem is not adhesion. My prints come out with poor layer quality and it looks like diagonal lines up the faces. The edges and corners are rough.

Extruder: 240 degrees
First layer extruder:250 degrees

Bed:100 degrees

Any help would be appreciated.

We need more info...
Mostly we need well focused Pictures... Take from a little distance and crop if needed to get that.
Also need to know print speed, layer height, width.
Please post a link to the gcode file (you could use Dropbox). It as tons of info we can use.
