Hey all, I've been having filament feed issues lately and discovered that my "bitchin" filament idler bearing design was bad. My bearing was to wide and bottoming on the Hob Gear. Tightening it just made the motor cog because of the excess pressure. I replaced the bearing and then checked my extruder motor voltage. I raised it from .54 to .70 (Nema 17). That eliminated the cogging. Hope this helps someone.
