Cherry printer doesn't move

Hi , i made my first 3d printer. I followed this guide for the most part: [www.instructables.com] i set feedrate and correct steps per mm . I have sliced 1cm cube and started printing(i have created new settings for my printer) .Printer homed like a charm but then it stopped moving ,only z-axis and extruder was moving. I have found out that ramps tries to make that little motors go very fast .Manual control works without problems and in the settings of slic3r everything was set to 10mm/s and in the Repetier Firmware #define EEPROM_MODE is set to 0 .Help please.

ramps does not set the feedrate your slicer sets the feed rate the machine simply tries to obey.

In firmware you can limit the maxfeed rate, which is advisable so you can't exceed the machines capabilities.
