I use megatronics V3.2 and I run several silicone heaters by it. Recently, a heater cant be controlled. Regardless of the code, it forces the RAMP to output 24V. I am confused. Have you guys ever met this kind issue? Thank you

Maybe the mosfet has failed open, ie it's now directly connected to ground and not responding to the control signal either replace the mosfet or replace the board.

I haven't experienced this problem myself but it can happen.

If you have a multimeter you can check the mosfet conductivity against a working one. WITH THE POWER DISCONNECTED! and only WITH THE POWER DISCONNECTED. Check for continuity among the legs of the working mosfet then compare to the one in question. If as imqqmi suggests it has failed there will be continuity (very low resistance) across the power and ground and the part she is cooked. Just be careful and be SURE to disconnect from power, not just turn off, before getting friendly with the parts.
Hope it orks out.
