Hello!

I am new on this list. I have just surfed these papers up and down for a week or so and came up with the following questions ( or perhaps statements masked as questions ;-)

Making the plastic extruder head and the 3mm plastic sticks seems doable and also the list seems to have come to some kind of agreement on how its supposed to be done?

There seems to be a lot more ideas floating around for the filler material?

Suppose I would build the extruder head and put it on some antique MDF-board design I have lying around (originally intended for drilling PCB's) could I make all the reprap plastic parts only with a polymorph print head or would I need to work with the support material as well, thus needing two heads?
