J-Head hot end in stock in the US?

Anyone know of a US source for J Head hot ends?

Makerfarm makes nice J-heads. They are perfectly to spec. But beware Makerfarm is still selling the MK-IV which has a nipple protruding from the tip. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that, but I've personally found the nipple to be troublesome.
