axis y stepper only works in one direction

Hi..
I have a ramps 1.4 from Gadgets3D, with G3D Driver.
Today I tried test the steppers, and found that the Y stepper only run in -Y direction.
I used the pronterface software and marlin
I tried sprinter too, with same results.
I checked the endswitches, swapped the pololu drivers, and same result..
The same motor runs well in others positions.
The stepper motor is a 42BYGH4803 -04 with yellow, green, red, blue wire colors
my connectios are: Red - 1A; Green - 1B; Yellow - 2B; Blue - 2A
I appreciate if someone could help me.

thank you in advance

By "runs well in others positions" you mean it rotates in both directions when connected to X, Z, E axes?

... it's a typical issue with the polarity of the endstop or wrong pin definitions, so the endstop is measured 'active'.

Check the pin assignment, polarity (invert it) and measure the voltage levels ...

Hello
Problem solved!
The arduino board has the atmega with some pins in short circuit.
I reported yet this issue to the Nanopunk that is where I bought the arduino board.
I'm a lucky man...because I had two arduino mega boards...

Thank you to all..
