Firmware Issues (I'm new)
July 30, 2013 03:26AM
Hello!
I didn't really know where to post this. So I posted it here. I am having trouble with my firmware. I am have a Sanguinololu 1.3a ATmega644p and I am trying to upload marlin firmware. When uploading the marlin to the board I receive and error saying it can't find Arduino.h. I have reinstalled arduino and marlin. I have tried to upload with Arduino0023, Arduino0022, Arduino0018, and Ardunio1.0 I have received the same errors from all of them. I need help. Thanks!

Make sure you have setup your "sketchbook" folder (normally my documents/arduino) and that your IDE is pointing to it.
In this folder you should have 3 sub folders called hardware, libraries and sketchbook.
Witthin this folder you need to copy your Sanguino / gen6 / gen7 (depending) addons into the "hardware" folder.
The arduino.h file should be in the "cores/arduino" folder within.
Restart the IDE.

Try that!
