Prusa I3 Last Step!

Hello all, Over the past couple of weeks, I have completed my build. I am sooo close, to being finished. If any one has built a prusa I3 I am sure they have this problem too. Using wades standard extruder doesn't fit well, there isn't enough room between the motor and the rods for the x axis.

There is two solutions I have, they are as followed:

Either I dill new holes a little more in front So I can shift the whole arrangement.

OR

I have seen this on thingiverse that looks a lot better.

Its a slight modification pushing the arrangement slightly higher, and the motor more on top.

I was wondering if any one in the UK, could print me this part off. Of course I can pay. smiling smiley (through pay-pal)

Another question for this print. I currently have an MKV print head, in the picture from the site it shows using a different means of attaching the hot end, is there a one way solution of attaching it straight to the extruder? Thank you all! I should be printing soon!

P.S Can you please name a price, considering I will only need the main part (i dont need the cogs/retention part)

Hi..

I had a similar problem.
my solution was to separate the hotend with a bowden cable.
You can follow my build at this link: [antoniorodriguescom.wix.com]
soon I will post more photos.

Get the i3ext by sgraber. The wade extruder is not designed for i3. If you really want to use wade extruder, print out a normal wade, and then print out a levelable extruder support for i3 from thingiverse. I am on mobile now so sorry, cant post links..
