Any recommendations for where I can get a custom Prusa bed and frame cut from 6mm Aluminum?

Calling a local machine shop might lead you to a place that does water jet cutting. It might be a bit expensive for just one frame though.

The place I deal with has a $75 flat fee just to put metal on the cutting table...

try contacting the sellers on emakershop, they might be able to do something.
