Best mount/extruder for E3Dv5 Hotend?

I've got an E3Dv5 hotend and a NEMA17 stepper motor. What do you most recommend? I was thinking Wade's, but I'm looking for a compact solution, as multiple extruders are in the plans for future upgrades. Also preferable that it is easy to take apart and CNC millable/metal part purchasable. I do not want a single printed core part.

It's not the bowden version of the e3d?

I'm going to use a MGS cold end on my i3, but I can't really say if that design is better or worse than any other... It has no printed gears which was what attracted me to it...

I'm a direct drive kind of guy, again, I'm going for solid reliability. I've got NEMA 23 motors [not weak ones either, motors are one thing I most definitely did not skimp out on] driving the X and Y axis, weight is no issue.
I'll have to research that one. Maybe I'll make my own design based off of it like I am everything else.
