I puchcased printed parts for, i belive, mendel pursa and everything seems to be fine EXCEPT THOSE:

Can anybody tell me what are they for?

I can't say that I have seen that particular design before, but they look like the bottom supports for the Z-axis smooth rods, and the bearings are meant to support the Z-axis threaded rods.

They are Z threaded rod support/stabilizers. I recommend not using them as they are a known cause of Z-wobble.
