If you expect someone to help, you will need to provide much more information. Start with the operating system of the new and old computer, the manufacturer of your Megatronics 2.0 board, etc.
For example, I can tell you for a fact that the SainSmart Megatronics 2.0 has a strange USB driver incompatibility problem with my Macbook running OS-X 10.9, and I gave up trying to get it to work when the FTDI troubleshooting tree said to contact the hardware vendor and ask them if they are using a pirated FTDI chip.....
