This is the plug for my heat bed. Anyone know what might have caused this?

what are those connectors rated for?

I don't know. They came in the kit. So they should be the right ones.

it looks like one of those rc servo connectors which i think are only rated for 3amps depending on manufacturer.

what powersupply have you got?

i say just a case of of the connector not being rated for the current , or the crimp bit not crimped properly

did you mod the sanguinololu board?
i had the same problem. solder some wires to the back to fix this bug

No. I read somewhere that it's from the plug wiggling as the y moves. So I cable tied the wire to the frame an inch or 2 from the plug.
