Lost in the marlin firmware

Hi,
Just before printing the test cube I've noticed that my heated bed isn't heating.
When tested I don't get ANY voltage on D8.
My setup: Kossel mini, Arduino mega 2560, Ramps 1.4, bed 170 [mm].
I should have "Kapton Bed Heater" & when testing it's resistance I got 7.7[Ohm]
It's not a power issue since every thing else works ,including 0.2 diff or less on all locations + hot end working.

I'm sure I've missed something on the configuration.h
Please advice what settings should be on & with what value for my heated print bed to work...

Have you connect the "two" power inputs on your ramps board? The 11 Amp and the 5 Amp

I was tired and .... didn't noticed that 1 wire of the 11[A] disconnected.
Now everything is OK.
