Hi all. I am having a issue with my extruder. It is able to extrude when doing manual control but is printing on air when i run the job. What could be the probability? I'm using the MK8 extruder print head.

It sounds like your printbed is set just a smig too low. Try lowering your z axis endstop, or raising your printbed.. Some pictures of the problem would help greatly.
