Prontface cant connect to printer

Hello everyone.
This is my first build of a 3D printer and i have come to a dead end now and i need your help out there.
I have everything set i think.
Al the programs ar installed in the order below.

The device is installed on my PC and it is recogniced as Arduino MEGA 2650 R3 in my devicemanager.

After that i have installed a program to my MEGA2650 and that has worked fine so far aswell. It now shows me the Temp and posiotions of my motors. And the name MakerFarm I3 and its READY.

So now to the problem.
Pronterface will not connect to the Printer for some how.
This is the MSG i get when trying to connect to it.

I have the Com set to 6 (COM6) and the Baudrate is 115200.
I have also set that in the devicemanager.

Anyone know what im doing wrong?
I have search the internet for an awnser bot without any success at al on this kind of problem.

What firmware did you load onto your Arduino?

If you load the Marlin firmware on (Only one that I've tried myself), you have to modify the config.h file to have the baud rate for the serial port. IIRC, the default is 250000. You can change this to the 115200 that you are using, or change pronterface to use the same baud rate.

Yes I have installed marlin firmware. And I haven't changed the baud rate in the config. I will test asap when I get home again. Hope that's the only problem.

I have noticed that the red diod is not lighten on the board as it should be, I found that out on Google that if this is not glowing there might be a USB connection problem as well. But I have it connected and installed and the firmware is uploaded. So my next thought is, what if the board itself I broken.

I am fairly sure it is the baud rate , i am switching between a Melzi and RAMPS all the time and i get the same problem when i use my Arduino Mega, Change the baud rate

Thx alot for the help. I swiched the Baud rate to 250000 on the Prontface program and it worked right away.
Its wierd that you need to have them set different from the COM port.
