Print problem. Not sure if slicer, or printer?

Started printing a kind of simple bar that I had to put on the bed diagonally and this is what happened. The outer is the perimeter, then shell then fill. All of them are significantly off.

Slic3r and pronterface are being used on an i3. It's printed a nice piece horizontally or vertically just fine, this is the first print that I've done diagonally.

Maybe your pulleys? Are they tight?
It is definitely not a slicer-issue.

Are you hitting the X/Y limitations of your print bed? It looks like the skirt is trying to print out of bounds, and it's bouncing off of the limiters.

Easy to know, just open your gcode file in repetier host and check the paths.

I have had this issue before. You're probably running your non-print movements too fast. Check your slicer setting and see if it is set over 120. That's when I usually have the problem with mine.
