Prusa i3 x axis and extruder not functioning

Hey i just built my prusa i3 and have printed a few things from it already. In transporting it at the new location the x axis and extruder dont function. Ive already tested the motors and stepper sticks and those work fine. Im using repetier and marlin. I think its in the software or firmware, any ideas? Thanks in advance! P.S. I may be totally wrong about the firmware and software.
