Print dimentions off

Hey all, attached is a jpeg of a dimensioned block that I printed to check for accuracy. It measures 1 x 2 x .250 inches. (1) hole at .500, (1) hole at .100 and a square hole at .500 x .500. Picture shows before and after dimentions. Can you study the differences and suggest some settings changes? I'm running the cheap Aurora Z-605 printer with Repetier and Slic3r. 1.75 filament, .4 nozzle at .3 layer thickness. Thanks for any suggestions. Brian.

Your outside dimensions are very close and holes are always going to be undersized (search for any of the many posts on hole size). It looks like your Y calibration s very slightly off though it's the reason the holes are not perfectly round and the outside dimensions are off by different amounts.

I downloaded Cura and ran the same part. Holes came out almost perfectly round and slightly closer to desired size. Same with the square hole. For default settings I'm pretty pleased.
