Hi

I have a problem with my stepper motor I thought a viedo would be better for demonstration Here it is

please if you have any solution It would be very helpful

Looks like only one stepper motor winding is being energised. The fault could be in the motor, the driver module, or the cable between them. First check the connections at the ends of the cable. Then try changing the driver module, or alternatively try on of the other motors on the end of the same cable..

Never connect or disconnect stepper motors with power applied - it wrecks the driver.

First of all thanks for your reply

it can't be the motor because all the motors have the same problem, but the wire connection seems weird so I will check them again.
but how can I make sure that the problem is within the driver.

I tried to switch the stepper driver but I still have the same problem.

I was assuming that only one motor had the problem. If they all have the same problem (when connected to different drivers), then you are probably stepping them too fast, or accelerating them too fast, or have the current set too low for the motors or too high for the drivers, or your 12V supply isn't holding up.
