Printer slowed down.

After all my initial problems settings up my printer, it's been running fine for the last week or so. I've gotten up to 4hour prints with no problems, no jams, no skips. I've gotten good results at .1mm layer as well.

My problem now is this, i saw it do this once and i stopped it, unplugged and reconnected to computer and restarted print and it printed like normal. Now, on smallish objects and some parts of larger objects, everything is slowing down. watch this video and you'll how slow it's moving. You will also see the non print move go fast, then slows while extruding (it went that fast before) Only during extrusion is it slowing. I have changed many settings while printing many different things, but always kept my default (settings from Folgertech manual) intact so i can revert back. I even went through the default and made sure everything was set how it was during my first\regular prints.

Any ideas what's going on here? Using Repetier 1.0.6 and Slic3r 1.1.7

Do you have a minimum layer time set in your cooling settings?

This can happen on high detail parts. Everything in a 3d file is flat. The more vertices, edges, and faces it has the closer it becomes to looking rounded and "smooth". In Slic3r under the "Print Settings" tab is Speed. You might try increasing Small Perimeters speed. I think by default it is 15mm/s.

im watching another print..my very first object i printed sucessfully which was fast. It's now just as slow on permeter and infill, yet when it hit layer 10,45, 51 of 60..., it went normal\fast speed on perimeter and infill, but next layer it went slow???? The object is just a round shape through those layers. nothing in the shape, density or infill changed

I just sliced same object with cura and it's printing like it should be. Some how, even with my absolute original default settings, slicer is screwing up somewhere. Even now set at .1mm layer, cura is printing fast and nice. Guess i'll just starting using cura....for now
