Try to purge the hotend with fresh filament before starting to print. Verify your bed is dead flat.

Does not look like uneven bed to me. My guessing is you are just a little too near bed when printing 1st layer.
You can adjust that in your start code just for testing
This code will rise 0.1 mm
;M109 S{print_temperature} ;Uncomment to add your own temperature line
G21 ;metric values
G90 ;absolute positioning
M82 ;set extruder to absolute mode
M107 ;start with the fan off
G28 X0 Y0 ;move X/Y to min endstops
G28 Z0 ;move Z to min endstops
G1 Z15.0 F{travel_speed} ;move the platform down 15mm
G92 Z14.9
G92 E0 ;zero the extruded length

i was having the same issue. You may think the bed is completely flat and level with smaller prints, but i recently started doing large prints, max length, but narrow, and i was getting pissed that i would come back after 2hrs and it only printed the first layer, yet it finished and sat at park position. Small prints worked fine, but larger were failing. I realized it was my bed. Because in some areas it was too close, so it was clicking. Enough clicking and the heat travels up and jams the extruder. So i adjusted the print bed DURING a large print, until each section stopped clicking. I went into Cura settings and set FIRST LAYER HEIGHT to .5mm higher and now it's flawless on large prints.

All part of the learning process. Thankfully these pieces that fail only cost about $.07 lol.

I get this also but it is always on one side or the other of a hole. It's always in an area that it comes back to that it skipped ealier in the print. It's as if the head rises to get to the area and then drops to a different height. Could it just be slop? We're only talking a hair difference in smoothness.
