Prusa I3 wont print on bed

Hi guys. I'm new to this whole world so forgive me. I have a folger tech Prusa i3 that i finished building tuesday night. When i slice something and try to print it always goes to the front left corner of the bed and just stats extruding a bunch of filament. when i looked at the g code i noticed that all the axis coordinates seem to be 200 higher then what they should be. example:; generated by Slic3r 1.1.7 on 2015-03-12 at 19:41:01

I'm sure its one small detail that i missed in configuration but i cant figure it out and its been driving me nuts for the last few days. Thanks

Have you set up your bedsize and the center of the bed in slic3r?

bed size is set to 200 x200 in slic3r and has 100 1000 as center and it still gives the wrong gcode

sorry 100 100 not 100 1000

Check you tool offsets in both slicer and firmware.

I had this exact same problem. Are you using RH to setup? I can tell you where you mistake probably is...

If you're using the Folger guide to set up the print then flip to page 12 in the configuration manual about setting up the Printer Settings in RH. Under the "Printer Shape" or "Dimensions" tab I'd bet one of your values is in the wrong place. Make sure your Xmin, Xmax, Ymin, and Ymax are all correct, min should be 0, max should be 200. Bed left and front should be 0. Print area width and depth should be 200 and height should be 185. I attached a screenshot of the page in the manual if this doesn't make sense.

I'm not home right now but I'm pretty sure my bed front and bed left values are wrong. I think folger techs config manual is wrong. Thanks. I'll let you know if it works.

Do let me know. I built my Prusa i3 from FolgerTech about 2 or 3 weeks ago, my values were also wrong, I believe the manual FolgerTech provides on their Google Drive is an older one, however, a member of this forum, MakerFront, is the author of the manuals and has updated ones in his signature if you'd like to take a look through them.
