PURSA I3 Wont calibrate

Hi i have recently bought a pursa i3 printer and i put it together and I'm having problems
1. my z axis won't move when i use my controller on the machine
2. I'm using a sanguinololu board and i have no idea on calibration to print run or repeater host (Using MAC)
3 Also my chips that go in top of the word when i put in the last one it cuts off my power to the printer
4. and my fans don't rotate so i don't know whats up the that also...

IF you can shed any light on me that would be great

Check to make sure the driver chips are all facing the right direction.
Make sure the motors are connected correctly
On mine, the fan has to be wired correctly or it wont spin.
Make sure the formware is setup correctly, it is definately not plug and play
Expect a week or three of constant tweaking to get first test print right

Hello im new to this and how do i exactly make sure there wired corectly and how do you install the firmware im on mac using songuinolou bord...i also got one of the fans to spin!
