I've had my Folger-tech Kossel 2020 Delta for about 6 weeks now and have gotten 0 successful prints out.....
I searched the forum but didn't find anything that exactly matches the issue I'm having...
I uploaded Visad's 1.0.3 dev version tonite. Overall the firmware works with only modifying the "usual" delta values. I have previously run autotune on both the bed and extruder successfully. I tried using the default PID values from this version of the firmware. The bed heats fine to 110c but when the extruder starts heating, the temp rises nicely to about 220c, then it unexpectedly starts loosing temp and displays "heating failed" on the display. I have since commented out the PID settings for the extruder, set to "bang-bang", and reuploaded the firmware but the extruder heating failure still happens still around 220c. The bed holds steady at 110c during the entire process. I have attached my configuration.h and configuration_adv.h files. I would really appreciate any help with this. Please let me know if I missed anything obvious or if any additional info is needed. If anybody has a "know-good" working config for Marlin on this beast that they wouldn't mind sharing I would really appreciate it!!
