You need to look for the right section of the forum for a more complete answer.

You need to move or remove the color wheel without damaging the encoder motor. You can mod your power supply to accept different light source or use near uv LED with a separate power source. This will shorten the dlp chip life, but will improve curing time.

... search for a 'lampless' mod for your beamer - until now I've modified different types fom Acer, Philips, BenQ and Casio ... sometimes it's only a short between two pins, with the Casios it's a bit of de-/soldering.

Let the color wheel intact, but place it outside the light path.

If the beamer is working properly without active lamp, then you can extract the lamp and all the optical/shielding parts from the lamp to the diffusor (mostly a mirror-tunnel, sometimes a lens-array).

Then you can sorce any UV-lamp, UV-LED or BluRay you have a driver for and check, if you can install it as light source into the diffusor.

I'm using 300mW BluRay diodelasers or watercooled 9W 405nm-LED's ...

I couldn't think which part of the forum to post in . The lamp has a simple power and ground connection. Which. I bbelieve means the system monitors voltage drop or could be analog open/closed ... I've been looking into royal blue 100watt hid headlamp bulbs. 100 watts would be 10000 lumins

... for UV-printing a good place is the polymer working group - [forums.reprap.org]

For your lamp - if it's only blue, without a usefull amount of UV radiation, it won't work ... search a light source with some Watts of 405nm UV or even lower wavelengths ...
