Cannot figure out how to LOAD and UNLOAD Filament.....NEWB

I just got done building this and have ONE issue left...........LOADING and UNLOADING filament.........

I am a total newb to 3d printing. The manufacturer told me to "Press extrude or reverse to change the filament......"

Nowhere in the LCD menus can I find this........am I really that stupid or what ?

This is what it was listed as on Ebay - "Reprap Delta Kossel 2020"

What are you controlling it with? Software like Pronterface clearly has these functions . . .

like I said, NEWB...........will give Ponterface a shot.

I like repetier host, try that if you don't like ponterface. Or if you have a Raspberry Pi around, install OctoPi and run OctoPrint over your home network like I do

It's on the LCD menu under; Prepare/ Move axis/ Move 1mm/ extruder
