It just dawned on me that if my layers are set to .3mm than (with a few variables) my drawing file thickness should reflect a multiple of .3 to achieve the best final tolerance specs. Anyone do this?

Just set the layer height to .05mm and it should end up very close to spec smiling smiley

As nice as that would be it sure would make for some long print times.
