Prusa i3 X,Y and Z axes only go one way when Homeing

I have the end stops for all three axes. The X axis is on the right, the Y axis is in the front and the z axis is on the bottom. The Z and X axis stop when they hit there end stops. The Y axis is another story when I home the Y axis it goes back and it doesn't stop. It goes backward where the end stop isn't. Should I move the end stops?

easy answer Yes, Y end stop should be at the back.

You can change this the be the Y max endstop in firmware and just change that if you wish.
Hopefully your x is already set to be a X Max endstop, or you printing will come out mirrored
