Guys,

Does Buildtalk have a much better sticking quality than painting mask ?
I had printed with painting mask, the result was not bad at all...
If I want to change to buildtak, it means I need to recalibrate the Z limit again.....don't I ?

I would say it's definitely more adhesion than with tape. It's only marginally better than tape, though. If you really wanna upgrade, look at a nice thick PEI sheet. If you get the 1/8" thickness, you don't need to glue it down to anything, just clamp it to your glass/flat bed.

I have prepared 1.6mm galvanized plate, it's stiff and I'm gonna stick Builtalk on it and give a test....

The limitations of buildtak are that the surface is very delicate and the sheet will peel up during the first large ABS print that would otherwise normally curl up.
