Are these a one to one replacement?
Do I need to re-spec the configuration.h also?
My x channel locks up and I am interested in herringbone.
I would also put a set on my second extruder.

Yes, you will need to recalibrate your extruder. Any time you change parts on a printer you should recalibrate.
