Heated bed stopped working (RAMPS 1.4)

I finished a print, and then went to do another print, turned the heated bed back on, and nothing.

I had a spare ramps board, and I swapped that in, still nothing. If I test the heated bed with a 12 v source, it heats.
If I unplug the heated bed and tell the board to heat the bed, the led (LED2) comes on. If I connect the wires, LED2 turns off until I disconnect them.

Ideas?

Might be worth checking the power connector that goes to the 11A socket on the ramps board for burnt pins or poor connection.

Thanks, that actually appears to be the case. Printer head bed heating as I type this!
