XY Endstop back off: Where to adjust?

Hello,

I build a bigger Prusa i3 by using my old marlin + adjustments. As I m using now external stepper motor driver - I m looking for the setting where I set the little back move of the axes just after homing/ hitting the endstop the first time?

Does anyone know where I can find that?
