Board: a Duet 085 [www.filastruder.com]
If you're not in a big hurry, a DuetWifi at [www.duet3d.com]

The above boards just require you to edit a text file to configure the firmware and have a web interface to control the printer.

For a hotend, get a Genuine E3DV6, [www.filastruder.com]

I would caution against the use of Nema 23 motors. They are not needed for a printer of that modest size, but they will cause more vibration, and unless you use a separate higher voltage power supply and expensive drivers, they will have a lower maximum travel speed because of their high inductance.

There is a thread about Nema 23 vs.17 in the Duet WiFi forum at www.duet3d.com, in which I went through the calculations.

Disclosure: I design Duet electronics and work on RepRapFirmware, [duet3d.com].
