Hi,

I'm looking for a good connector to use for 220v 500w.
It needs to be 4 ping and male + female. Where one of them can be panel mounted.
Should be fairly easy to connect / disconnect and small.

//Thanks

A standard electrical outlet and plug works, is readily available, and cheap.

Yah thats like 2.5 amps.. thin piece of wire would work but for safety reasons you want something durable

Why not use a standard IEC connector? This is what I use for the mains inlets of both my printers. See [www.thingiverse.com] and [www.thingiverse.com].

Make sure you get the right version, i.e. panel-mounted plug for a mains inlet, or panel mounted socket for an outlet. The panel mount plugs and sockets are available with built-in switches, fuses and indicator lights.
