Hello, Im building my own printer, but i keep getting this error:

Error: Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID 0
Error: System halted. kill() called!

it always happens the same way: I connect everything, turn on the printer, tell it to heat u the bed and the extruder, the extruder heats up no problem, however while waiting for the bed to catch up, it just randomly cools down, no error or anything shown in the log window and the extruder button does not react to anything i do.

Only after i reconnect can i again try to heat it up, however the after like half a minute or less it gives off this message ( the one i wrote above). and eventhough it says that the system has stopped, the bed continues to heat up, if i try to disconnect, and a window pops up saying that "the extruder is still on, shall i disable them?" I hit yes, nothing happens. Only the emergency button works. And everything repeats form the second part.

Do anyone of you guys, have any suggestions on what i should do?

just now I've tried lowering the max temp to just 215 in the config. file, didnt help

Please and Thank You

UPDATE: after the extruder cooled down completely the error happens almost as soon i tell it to heat up

My guess is that you have a broken wire inside the insulation in the heater circuit... when it's cold, the wire ends still touch so it stays connected, when it's hot it's disconnected. My guess is that this would be near the heater. Or maybe it's an almost-short.
