Looking for schematics for RepRapPro Duet Shield

We have a RepRapPro Mendel 3 with the Tricolour expansion. It came with a Duet 0.6 control board, which has now failed; we got a DuetWifi (version 1.2) to replace it.

Unfortunately, we're having trouble mapping the pins for everything, and RepRapPro's website is long gone.

Can anyone please provide the schematics for the the Duet Shield board they created to add the 2 additional extruders? It's this one, here: [emaker.io]

I downloaded this DuetShieldSchematic.pdf version in December 2014. I don't know whether it went through any revisions.
