I'm working on my reprap printer, but the heatend is contantly clogged. I reduced the printing temperature from 200 to 190 degrees and that helped a bit.
I tried to print Benchy and it almost succeeded. As you can in the picture the top of the chimney failed because the heatend was clogged.
On the same picture you see the piece of filament that was clogged in the heatend. The end looks like a corkscrew. My question is:
- is the pressure on the filament too high?
- Is the heat break insufficient. In other words: does the filament gets too hot too early and is too weak to be pushed
Hopefully someone can help me.
