Extruder FAN is not working. It is always ON.

Dear sir

Extruder FAN is not controlling from Controller. It is always ON. Not decreasing or increasing the speed of the fan. I has varied the speed from 0 to 255 but there is no any variation of speed.

Please could anyone help me?

This is the 'always-on' fan connector to cool the controller.
The extruder fan is connected to 'D9' port.

Yes, those two pins are always on 12v, either used for extruder cooling fins or controller board cooling.

vs D9 used for printed part cooling and is software controlled.

If you want more software controlled fans you need to add more MOSFETS
