Which is more effectively if I want to low cost building 3D small parts ?

Here are some links for home-built CNC routers. Once you have found the version you like, you can download the files and take them to your nearest CNC router shop and get them to cut the pieces out for you and build it yourself, if you have the time.

If you need it quick, Zen looks like a good kit. However, you would want their '3D Printer Model' for the extra height [www.zentoolworks.com] This looks like it comes with motors but without electronics, extruder and hot end, and their electronics only support 3 axis (X,Y, Z) - you need support for 4 axis (one for the extruder) and some extra control for the heating and temperature monitoring, like this [www.mendel-parts.com] which would suit the NEMA17 motors that come with the kit. This is what I have, but other electronics are available. They also sell hot end, but finding an extruder and mounting it on the Zen might be difficult. Email Zen and ask them what they recommend.
