Hello,
im having a problem with the hot end clamp: i bought it (dont know where, i dont remember) and it is not working. The part called "Extruder Idler" has a little hole underneath, and i am not able to push the hot end in the right place. This causes the non-working of the whole extruder, because it's not able to push the wire inside the hot end because of its wrong location.
So my question is: where can i find the "Hotend Clamp" (which file I attached)?
