Newbee Setup Debuging Stepper Error Video Attached

I am attempting to run a Scara and having trouble and need help pointing me where to look. The Scara should be turning in a circle decreasing each time around. There is a clue in the video. The clicks you hear is a reset of the external stepper driver Y axis and that seems to make it work. Without the reset the external DCS810 Stepper for the Y axis or Forearm errors right after it finishes homing and begins the run. The video below turns around a couple times while I am resetting. I have attached the debuging when the error started (I think) Any ideas where to look or what to change? Any advise would be great. This is just for fun and a learning experience. I am using older firmware because locating the files is difficult and errors compiling on windows, so to reduce varables I am working with the older type firmware first. Wangsmas Scara Firmware. I have also tried Marlin with the MP Scara firmware but it has bugs in the config H format to new firmware. So I will figure that out once I get this working.
