I have not seen anyone with a plexiglass bottom print plate, but I had some available and thought it would look cool.
A question I have really is will I be able to epoxy it to my PLA bushings? and will it be to heavy? The plexiglass is .233"/5.94mm thick.
Bottom Print Plate
and here is my print bed, bottom plate and jigs

Plexiglas is not a good choice if you're going to heat your bed for ABS (120C on kapton or PET, higher on glass). It's probably good enough for use with PLA (55-60C on glass).
