Hi I have prusa i3 ramp 1.4 board Marlin firmware, A4988 driver. My extruder don't work when I change the extruder motor and stepper driver whit x or y the motor work,but when I put x or y stepper driver in extruder slot the motor don't rotate whit Pronterface.Need to buy new boards?

The Extruder motor will not turn unless the hotend is heated up to at least 180C I believe. Make sure it is heated up to at least that temperature. There is a Gcode command to disable this but I dont remember what it is, look at the reprap gcode page for more info.

It is one of the safety features in marlin that will not turn unless the minimum temp are reached inside config.h. It is not recommended to turn extruder unless you're doing calibration (extruder not attached to the hot end) with m302 [reprap.org]
