Source for T-nuts/Slotted nuts, or work around?
September 06, 2015 08:40AM
I am trying to find a place to purchase the drop in quarter turn slot nuts and the slide in T nuts for 2020 extruded aluminum. I have had no luck so far. I am held up on my kossel build while I find these!!! Anyone have a work around?

Looks like square nuts will work and Sears had them.

The ugly thing about square nuts is, they don´t stay put where they were inserted.

I found 100pcs selflocking nut 5/M5 on the bay for 30€. But I agree, the offers are rare.

Misumi has a couple of different T slot nuts as does Openbuilds. You can also find them on Aliexpress but the parts I've seen aren't any less expensive than Misumi.
